次の情報があると、状況を確認しやすくなります。
CapLogに追加した写真、位置情報、コレクションは端末内に保存されます。iCloudバックアップを使う場合は、ご自身のApple Accountに紐づくiCloudにも保存されます。CapLogまたはVVELD AIのサーバーには送信されません。
追跡しません。選択した写真に位置情報が含まれている場合、その情報を端末内で読み取り、Globeなどの表示に使用します。
CapLog内で削除した記録を、CapLogのサーバーから復元することはできません。端末のバックアップ状況によっては、Appleが提供する復元方法を利用できる場合があります。
iPhoneの「設定」からApple Accountを開き、「サブスクリプション」を選択してください。購入と請求はAppleによって処理されます。
購入時と同じApple Accountでサインインしていることを確認し、CapLogを一度終了して再度開いてください。解決しない場合は、購入日時を添えてお問い合わせください。
端末の機種、iOSのバージョン、CapLogのバージョン、問題が起きるまでの操作手順をお知らせください。個人情報が写っていないスクリーンショットも役立ちます。

CapLogは、あなたの写真・位置情報・シールを、あなたの端末とあなたのiCloudの中だけに保存するアプリです。
写真・位置情報・シールは、端末と利用者自身のiCloudに保存されます。
開発者を含む第三者へデータを送信・提供・販売することはありません。
広告、アクセス解析、行動追跡ツールを使用しません。
CapLogは、あなたの写真・位置情報・シールをあなたの端末とあなたのiCloudの中だけに保存するアプリです。開発者を含む第三者がこれらのデータを受け取ることはありません。広告も、行動追跡も、解析ツールもありません。
本プライバシーポリシーは、VVELD AI（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「CapLog」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリが取り扱う情報は以下のとおりです。いずれも本アプリの機能を提供する目的にのみ使用され、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（当方はサーバーを運用していません）。
カメラおよび位置情報へのアクセスは、iOSの許可ダイアログで利用者が許可した場合にのみ行われます。許可はiOSの「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリのバックアップ・復元機能は、AppleのiCloud（CloudKit）を利用します。データは利用者本人のApple Accountに紐づくプライベートデータベースに保存され、当方はその内容にアクセスできません。iCloud上のデータの取り扱いには、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリのサブスクリプションの決済は、AppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は、Appleが管理し、当方は取得しません。当方が参照するのは、購入状態（有効・無効）のみです。
本アプリは、以下のいずれも行いません。
本アプリはApp Tracking Transparencyの対象となるトラッキングを一切行いません。
端末内のデータは、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。iCloud上のバックアップデータは、本アプリ内のバックアップ管理機能、またはiOSの「設定」のiCloudストレージ管理から削除できます。
本アプリは、年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけるよう、いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しない設計としています。
本アプリのデータは、iOSおよびiCloudの標準的な保護機能（サンドボックス、暗号化等）のもとで保存されます。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページおよび本アプリ内で告知します。

This Privacy Policy describes how VVELD AI ("we") handles user information in the iOS application "CapLog" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
The App handles the following information, solely to provide its features. None of it is transmitted to our servers — we do not operate any servers.
Camera and location access occur only after you grant permission through the iOS permission dialogs. You can change these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
The App's backup and restore feature uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). Your data is stored in the private database tied to your own Apple Account, and we cannot access its contents. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to data stored in iCloud.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by Apple and are never available to us. We only check whether your subscription is active.
The App does none of the following:
The App does not perform any tracking subject to App Tracking Transparency.
Data on your device is removed when you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Backup data in iCloud can be deleted from the App's backup settings or from iCloud storage management in the iOS Settings app.
The App is designed not to collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.
Your data is protected by the standard security measures of iOS and iCloud, including app sandboxing and encryption.
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or new features of the App. Material changes will be announced on this page and within the App.
